Our favourite hotel in Austin, staff was fabulous. We loved the convenience of the king room, as well as a safe, iron/ironing board and a work desk etc. Good service, convenient restaurant on site. Found in a secure area...

Best possible location and overall the staff was outstanding. Room was huge and clean with a large bathroom. Breakfast had lots of fab food and drinks. Early check-in and IMPECCABLE service.

Hotel was clean, and the location was wonderful. Lots of supplies in the room : central heating, flat-screen television and a writing desk. There was a heated pool on site too. As I noticed, working of high speed internet access in public areas was OK. The lunch in China's Family Restaurant walking distance to the property had every choice imaginable.

The breakfast certainly should have been included for the price.

Our experience here was very lovely. The hotel was comfortable modern, it had absolutely fantastic rooms and ideal location. Absolutely great breakfast, friendly service.
